The fully-fenced Equestrian Center (EQC) is located at the northern part of the subdivision for easy access to public lands.  The Equestrian Center has corralled areas of several grazing pastures, individual stalls, storage sheds for feed and tack, a large riding arena, and an exercising pen.  Access to EQC facilities is available for exclusive use by Hillsdale Estates Homeowners, on a first-come, first-served basis subject to availability.  Individual horse owners are responsible for full care and maintenance of their horse(s), stall(s) and the EQC facilities.  

• A User Agreement must be signed & approved prior to utilization
• 16 acres of irrigated pastures
• 22 stalls for 22 horse (equine) maximum capacity  
• Up to 4 horses/household, subject to availability
• Wash rack, round pen & outdoor riding arena
• Storage sheds for hay and tack
• Bathroom with hot water available
• Limited space is available for storing horse trailers
• Reservations and signed User Agreement are required
• Self-care of horses by each owner (no 3rd party)
• Additional responsibility for EQC maintenance may be required 
• Per horse fee: $68/month for 2025, $75/month starting Jan 1st, 2026
